PDS-491: Internship II 1 to 6 credit hours Prerequisite: PDS-490 PDS-491 is an elective course for students who want to do an additional internship for academic credit. This course entails 40 working hours per earned credit hour in an actual workplace setting that relates to your major and career goals along with an on-line course. This is an opportunity to continue applying the classroom knowledge and skills in a real-world professional setting. it can be done at the same organization as your PDS-490 internship site as long as there are different learning objectives. Career Services will assist you in finding an appropriate internship site and will be the academic supervisor for you. You will be required to write a Learning Agreement that specifically details your goals and strategies for experiential learning.
