ENV-200 Global Environmental Issues Global environmental issues often cut across national boundaries. Forging effective solutions to these problems requires consideration of the cultural, soci-economic and political processes that influence the relationship between humans and the natural environment in different parts of the world. This course uses case studies, critical thinking exercises and projects for students to develop an understanding of international environmental issues and discovery of how their personal choices can improve the environment. This course may be taken at the 200-level for CTC-NW credit or at the 300-level, along with additional student outcomes, to satisfy the core for the ENV major and minor. 01/26/2023-05/04/2023 Lecture Tuesday, Thursday 09:50AM - 11:05AM, Pressly, Room 101
