Acting I: Improvisation 4 credit hours Theory and practice of improvisational techniques in both long-form and short-form styles. As a foundation for other Acting courses, this course teaches the basics of character development, spontaneity, and teamwork. This course emphasizes the application of improvisation to other theatrical work as well as to real-world settings such as public speaking, workplace presentations, and interviews.
