This camp will introduce students to various assessment methods within the sport and fitness field. Specifically, students will learn about and actively participate in a variety of sport-related skill tests including speed, agility, power, balance, coordination, and reaction time. Additionally, students will learn about and actively participate in health-related physical fitness tests including body composition, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance.
