MGT-358 Leading Diverse Organizations 4 credit hours How do you manage effectively and innovate when you're working with people with vastly different life experiences, talents, and values? To be successful now and in the future, leaders must figure out how to do just that to help their companies thrive. In this course, we'll examine diversity and its impact on the workplace. We'll also focus on leading with a sense of equity and inclusiveness.
